1. Contract Formation
A contract between you and Infinity Electric Bike is formed once you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders before dispatch where:

Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected

We are unable to fulfil the order for any other reason
If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.
3.1 Promotions & Discount Codes
All promotions, discount codes, and offers are subject to change, suspension, or withdrawal at any time at the discretion of Infinity Electric Bike without prior notice.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
The £25 discount offer does not apply to Engwe e-bikes or related Engwe products.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order using secure payment methods available at checkout.
All transactions are subject to validation and security checks.
5. Delivery
Delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided in your order.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where applicable, consumers purchasing online may also have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
