Description
The DUOTTS C29L is a 29-inch electric mountain bike built for mixed use — urban commutes during the week, country roads and trails at the weekend. A 750W brushless motor delivers power for uphill climbs, heavier loads and higher speeds, while running quietly.
Three riding modes are available: regular cycling, pedal-assist and pure electric. The 15Ah battery supports 80–100km in pedal-assist mode and 50–60km under electric power alone. A lightweight all-aluminium shock-absorbing front fork and 29" × 2.1" inflatable tyres handle rough surfaces, and because the tyres are inflatable you can adjust pressure to suit conditions and preference.
The handlebar carries Shimano 21-speed gearing, an electric half-twist throttle, a headlight switch, a horn button, a mobile phone charging port and a five-speed multifunction display. A rear derailleur protector guards against damage and chain slippage. A rear cargo rack and integrated tail light are fitted as standard.

Shipping & Returns
We offer a 15-day return window for unused products. Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected by our team. If the package is still in transit, a refund cannot be issued.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered
- It must be returned in the original packaging, including all manuals and accessories
- The issue must not be repairable or resolvable with replacement parts under warranty
If a return is accepted, shipping fees (both outbound and return) between £100–£350 may apply, depending on the item and your location.
Returns due to ordering mistakes or change-of-mind are accepted at our discretion, subject to the same fees.
